Your order [XXXXXXXXXX] is currently in our Oakville office. Once we are able to re-open the facility I will be able to ship it to you right away. I apologize for the delay in getting you back your books, the shutdowns took us all by surprise and now we are stuck in a holding pattern until the Ontario officials allow us to reopen and I can get across the border. It is my hope that we will reopen very soon, but at this point, I dod not have a reopen date.
