The process is simple to submit to CBCS in Oakville, Ontario.

When you have filled out the submission form please print it out and include it with your comic book submission. Please list any and all signatures (witnessed or those submitted for our VSP authentication on the line directly under the title of the book they are on. You can either mail in your submission to the following address or drop them off in person. If you decide to drop them off you will need to make an appointment on our site here: https://calendly.com/spaulus/cbcs-canada-appointment?month=2020-05
